WE DO NOT OWN the condominium that you have rented. They are privately owned and we act as the rental agent. NO REFUNDS DUE TO EARLY DEPARTURE or WEATHER. NO TRASPORTATION is available to and from your unit. We reserve the right to move you to a comparable unit should the one you reserved become unavailable.
CANCELLATIONS: In order to receive a refund of the advanced deposit, you must contact us in writing 14 days prior to your arrival date. You will be refunded 85% of your advance deposit at this time. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THE 14 DAY PERIOD PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. Check in is any time after 4:00 PM at the Quality Inn Creekside Hotel (1-866-473-8319).
